YSCP contracts with the State College School District to provide the same lunch to our students that the other schools are serving each day, including a hot lunch when it is on the menu. Click here to go to the State College Food Services website to check out the latest lunch choices. YSCP uses a computerized school lunch system called Powerlunch. Through this computerized system, every parent is able to monitor lunch and milk tickets for their child(ren). This technology also allows us to provide debit accounts for purchases and increases the speed of food service to students so they have more time to eat and converse. Parents can prepay for their child’s purchases at whatever level they choose. The Powerlunch also eliminates the overt identification of students who are eligible for free or reduced meal benefits.
